Leah manages the day-to-day operations of the Community Trust Foundation and works closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies that create lasting impact in the region. She leverages her experience in small business ownership, grant management, and 15 years in the non-profit sector to drive positive change and finds the greatest reward in helping donors achieve their philanthropic dreams.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Arts in Public Policy. She and her husband, Ryan reside in Mineral County, WV and have a combined family of six children and three grandchildren.
