The Community Trust Foundation (CTF) is your local community foundation. We are driven by the specific needs and aspirations of the neighborhoods we serve in Allegany, Garrett, and Mineral Counties. One of our unique features is our focus on endowments. We assist donors in creating permanent funds that provide ongoing support for enhancing the lives of those in our region.
