CTF Celebrates the Power of Community & Humanitarian Honorees

This year’s event reflects a shared belief at the heart of CTF’s work that when individuals, families, and organizations come together, the impact is far greater than any one effort alone. In recognition of this, the Foundation will honor three individuals and families, one from each county whose contributions reflect the strength and collective spirit of their communities.

The 2026 humanitarian honorees are:
• Allegany County: The Finan Family, honoring the legacy of Tom Finan
• Garrett County: Don and Suzie Sincell
• Mineral County: Terry Stephens

“As we celebrate 20 years of serving this region, we are reminded that our greatest impact comes when we work together,” said Pamela Twigg, Executive Director of the Community Trust Foundation. “These honorees reflect what is possible when individuals invest not only in their own communities, but in the collective strength of our region.”

Additional details and full biographies of each honoree will be shared later this spring.

Mark your calendars for September 3rd where we look forward to seeing you at The Lane Center at Frostburg State University. More information, including ticket availability, will be announced in the coming weeks.
