Katie Gattens, is an Associate Broker and Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Home Town Realty, bringing a unique blend of discipline, community dedication, and strategic vision to her work in real estate. Her professional background includes service as a Military Police Officer in the West Virginia Army National Guard and leadership roles with the Western Maryland Health System Foundation.
Deeply rooted in the community, Katie is actively involved with numerous organizations, including the Mineral County Chamber of Commerce, WEPCO Community Federal Credit Union, Potomac Highlands Board of Realtors, Potomac Highlands United Way, Lakewood Property Owners’ Association, Wesley Chapel Short Gap, and JCP Soccer in the Frankfort area. She has also contributed her time and talents to the Mineral County First Committee, Frankfort Elementary School Enrichment Fund, Let’s Beautify Cumberland! Committee, American Red Cross, WMHS Auxiliary, and the Women’s Civic Club of Cumberland.

A proud alumna of West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media, Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. She also earned a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Management from American Military University.
At the heart of Katie’s life is her family—her husband, Butch Gattens, and their daughters, Elizabeth and Abigail—who are her constant source of inspiration and motivation.
