This scholarship is awarded in memory of Jack Tasker to one student graduating from Keyser High School that plans to pursue a degree from an accredited community college or four year college/university, or a certificate from a trade school and displays the same amount of charismatic joy in life as Jack with special consideration to students that are involved in the Arts (music, art, theatre) or Soccer.
